we had an incredible stay! the staff were super friendly and made us feel like family. the sea view from our room was stunning, and the thermal pools were a great way to unwind. the food was fresh and delish, especially the pizza — best we’ve had in sicily! just wish we didn’t wanna leave the resort to explore more.

the swimming pools looked a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. internet was only available in the lobby, which was kinda a hassle.

Explore local dining options outside the hotel for better value and variety. the nearby restaurants offer delightful meals at more reasonable prices compared to the hotel's dining.

We were welcomed with friendly smiles and refreshing cocktails at the bar. The staff's attentiveness made us feel cherished throughout our stay, especially during our beach sunset moments.

Our family stayed for four nights, and we appreciated the beautiful sea views from the rooms and the clean, sandy beach just a short walk away. Despite some issues, such as the slow elevators and the disorganized breakfast service, we enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the nice design of the resort. Fortunately, the hotel staff was helpful in resolving a billing mistake promptly.

We had an incredible time there! The staff felt like family and really went outta their way to help us. Loved the thermal pools —really took the weight off our shoulders. The pizza was def the best we had in all our travels around Sicily. Just wish we could’ve explored outside more!

Daily coffee service at breakfast was subpar, being limited to a machine, and the toiletries provided in the room were below luxury standards. We also noted a strange fetish for extra charges, like €5 just to borrow a tennis racket, which felt a bit frustrating. Lastly, the WiFi was limited to the lobby, making it a hassle to connect from the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room with a large terrace overlooking the stunning blue sea. The daily cleaning service kept everything spotless, making our stay pleasant.
